Each surgical steel base and post are precision-machined from a single piece of metal, so the two parts are seamless and securely attached to each other.
These beautiful Swarovski crystal tops can be worn with any 14g or 12g internally-threaded body jewelry that has a matching 1.2mm internal thread pattern. That includes 14g and 12g dermal anchors, labret posts, barbells, and other hardware, which are all sold separately from these Swarovski crystal tops. Please note that these Swarovski crystal gem tops are sold individually (price per 1), so you should order one to go with complementary hardware like a labret stud or a dermal anchor or two when buying them to go with a staight barbell, a circular barbell or a bent barbell.
